• I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years and it has been some of the most fulfilling years of my life. I love the lifestyle of the fitness industry. Watching people excel at their chosen sport and just plain helping them get in better shape is a fantastic experience!

Training Specialty:

• Under Carlos’ tutelage, I work with MMA fighters in their strength and conditioning training. I love to work with all athletes to improve their performance. Carlos has inspired me to jump on the functional training band wagon and I am a complete convert. Functional training is where it’s at!
